Sparkstone Group is a privately owned Residential and Commercial Property Investment and Development Company. We Specialise in property investments and developments since 2003.
Our projects vary from the conversion of period properties to complete new build schemes of both flats and houses in London and its surrounding areas.

Our location in London allows us quick and easy access to the developments we offer. We don’t rely on others, we regularly go and visit the developments we sell.
